Statement of Mission
The Creation Science Fellowship of New Mexico (CSFNM) is a Christian
Fellowship of scientists and laypeople devoted to understanding and
explaining origins as revealed by scientific discovery and Biblical
truth. CSFNM is devoted to:
- Educating the public about the importance of creation in relation to its scientific, social and spiritual values.
- Promoting and encouraging creation research.
- Presenting the vast scientific evidences for Biblical creation.
- Presenting the true account of origins as revealed in Scripture.
Statement of Belief
- The Bible is the written word of God, and because it
is inspired throughout, all its assertions are historically and
scientifically accurate and without error in all the original
autographs.
- The account of origins described in Genesis is a factual presentation
of simple historical truths, and all basic types of living things,
including humans, were made by direct creative acts of God during the
Creation week within approximately the last ten thousand years, and
subsequent variations of the original kinds have been bounded. The
study of natural phenomena will help us to understand God’s handiwork.
- The great flood described in Genesis, commonly called
Noah’s Flood, was a historical event, worldwide in its extent and
effects.
- We are an organization of Christians who have received Jesus Christ as
our Lord and Savior. The account of the special creation of Adam and
Eve as one man and one woman, and their subsequent fall into sin, is
the basis for our belief in the necessity of a Savior for all people.
Therefore, salvation comes only through the redemptive work of Christ
and through faith receiving Jesus Christ as our Savior.
CSFNM is a 501(3)© organization supported by private gifts and donations. Annual memberships are tax-deductible.
